But if you’re not satisfied, you can return your order without hassle and without complicated steps.
Whether the item didn’t meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind — we’ll make sure you get a quick and fair solution.

How to return your order

Send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order: info@waoro.com.
Include your order number and a short explanation.
We’ll guide you through the return process step by step.
Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or the mistake is on our side.

Having an issue with your product?

Defective item, damaged parcel, or wrong product delivered?
No problem — we’ll sort it out quickly and free of charge.
You can choose between a full refund or a replacement item sent to you at no extra cost.
In these cases, we will of course cover all return shipping costs.

What can be returned?

Products can be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging (for example, if you changed your mind).

Refunds
